Before Requesting a Refund

If you experience any issues accessing the files or notice a problem with the content inside the eBook, please contact our support team first.

Most issues are minor and can be resolved quickly. We’ll do our best to ensure you get full value from your purchase without any stress.

You’re Eligible for a Refund Within 30 Days If:

1. The product is not as described

If you feel the product does not match what was clearly explained on the sales page, please tell us exactly what didn’t match.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you qualify for a refund.

2. You cannot access the product or bonuses

If your download link doesn’t open or you face technical issues that prevent access:

  • Contact our support team

  • Explain the issue clearly

If we’re unable to fix it, you’re entitled to a refund.

3. You purchased by mistake

You may request a refund only if:

  • You have not opened any download link

  • You have not accessed the bonus library

Our system automatically tracks link access.

4. You contacted support but received no response

If you reached out to us and did not receive a reply within 72 hours, you may request a refund.

Refund Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

1. You have accessed any download link or bonus library

Once a link is opened, the product is considered “used.”
Digital files cannot be returned.

2. More than 30 days have passed

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Exception: If our support response was delayed, you may still qualify.

3. You changed your mind

“I don’t need it anymore” is not a valid refund reason once the product has been accessed.

4. You expected a physical book

This product is clearly stated as a digital download only.
After accessing the files, this is not a valid refund reason.

5. You want the bonuses without the main product

Accessing the 200+ bonus books makes the purchase final — no exceptions.

6. No clear explanation is provided

If you believe your request qualifies, please explain the issue clearly.
Refund requests without an explanation cannot be processed.
